Project Life 2016 - Week 14 & 15

Encore un dimanche bien gris et pluvieux, mais zuuuut alors !!

J'ai quelques pages  à vous montrer mais ce ne sera pas pour aujourd'hui ; un peu de patience ce sont mes projets pour la DT de Scrapboo'Kit ;-)

Ce post est consacré à mon PL 2016 (d'ailleurs j'ai repris du retard, pas facile d'être sur tous les fronts ! lol !!!)
